Palm Trees have always been some of my favorite subject matter. Leading into this collection, I was catching the sunrise regularly at Kailua beach, where the palms would illuminate when the sun came up. Those early mornings were a huge inspiration for this collection. A total of 15 pieces, all acrylic on wood, I used bright, vibrant colors and expressive brush stokes to try and capture their magic. These pieces were all one of a kind, and are not available as prints. This is an older collection too, so I don’t have many great pictures.
